Making A Purchase

Ordering a resource couldn't be easier! Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to receive and put them into the shopping trolley. When you have finished, click on "order" to enter your details.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your bank or card company will convert the cost into your local currency.

We will only take the payment when the order is ready to ship. Please feel free to order via via phone, fax or post.

Shipping And Handling

There is a £1.50 handling and shipping charge for all our FREE publications.

There is a £3 charge for most items for sale. The charge for Christmas cards is £1.50.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to send out all orders within 14 working days . International orders are generally received in under 30 days.

If your item is not in stock we will endeavour to re-order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order.

USPG is not registered for VAT.

Credit Card Security

ll payment information is collected via our secure server. Our servers are protected by state of the art firewall technology to prevent unauthorized parties from accessing customer and payment details.

Your payment details will be collected on a secure page that uses SSL encryption. You will be able to independently verify this for yourself by looking for the following items:

1) You will see that during the checkout process and particularly when prompted for your card details, the internet addresses for those pages begin with "https://" instead of "http://". The "s" is short for SECURE and is the standard abbreviation used on all secure websites.

2) Your web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla or similar) will also display a padlock or golden key along the bottom of your browser window. This means the page is secure. You can also double-click on that padlock or key to get detailed information about our security certificate that has been independently verified and issued by Verisign. All card details are encrypted to keep them safe and are not held on any web site. USPG strongly adheres to the Data Protection Act.

Privacy Policy

USPG do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping trolley once you have selected an item. This is to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.

Returns Policy

If you have purchased an item, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within eight working days of the day the item is delivered. This applies to all of our items for sale.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please e-mail us directly on enquiries@uspg.org.uk. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send to us within this time frame.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
